FEATURES
- Bending head in spheroidal cast iron GS500
- Finger locking system (patented) with auxiliary system for stabilizing the hydraulic pressure of the slide
- Early core extraction by means of hydraulic through rod cylinder
- Programmable bending C axis and positioning of the manual 2 axis spindle carriage (Y= Feed and B=Rotation) with high resolution encoder and standard adjustable mechanical stops
- Two synchronised touch screens: one for digital display of the feed (Y-axis) and rotation (B-axis) of the carriage and one, with USB key and unlimited program storage capacity, for control of the bending C-axis
- Hydraulic booster that pushes the tube into the former (optional)
- Available extensions of 2 meters each (optional)
